time being we also list some modern first editions - books that are more
recent and fairly common. But it will not be a permanent category. Once
the modern first editions are gone, they will not be replenished, unless
there are duplicates (which are only a few).

Search Hints
- Ensure that you are in the correct category for that author and title
(you may have to check more than one category, e.g., Mystery, Showcase
Items). Then, enter only ONE
of the following:
- One or more
(consecutive) words in the title
- All or part of the author's last
name, e.g., donald,
or macd
for MacDonald
- Authors last name followed by a
comma, space, author's first name, e.g.,
MacDonald, John
- Simple publisher name, e.g.,
Scribner,
vs. Scribner's Sons
- If you want to browse only the
signed copies, enter: Signed
- Other distinguishing search item,
such as review
for Review Copy
If you have searched on an author and
you receive too many items in your results, you can refine your search,
e.g., you searched for MacDonald
and received too many items. You can't remember the full title you're looking
for, but you know it had Green in the title, so on the refined search page,
enter: Green
Search engine is not case sensitive.
Do not use parentheses, quotation marks or special characters.
